Firm History
For the past thirty-six years, Anthony Damiano has aggressively represented persons, insurers and self-insured entities in all areas of civil litigation with an emphasis on bodily injury, property and casualty, subrogation and product liability matters. He has litigated a wide variety of automobile, homeowners, and commercial cases throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania based upon negligence, product liability and construction defect legal theories. He has prosecuted and defended lawsuits, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims and arbitrations including declaratory judgment actions to determine the rights and responsibilities between insurers and their insureds.

Anthony has been admitted to the practice of law since 1987 before all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy and is a Graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Mr. Damiano is an active member of the Chester County Bar Association where he is a Civil Settlement Panelist, and a member of the Fee Dispute Committee and the Civil Litigation Section. Previously, he was a member of the Honorable John Stively Inn of Court where he achieved the "Master" designation and chaired the East Brandywine Township Zoning Hearing Board. Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Damiano is a Beneficial Member of the Saint Anthony's Italian American Lodge in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.

He has argued appellate issues before the Superior and Commonwealth Courts.
