This firm opened in April 2001. For the past twenty six years, Anthony Damiano has aggressively represented persons, insurers, and self-insured entities in all areas of civil litigation with an emphasis on bodily injury, property and casualty, subrogation and product liability matters. He has litigated a wide variety of automobile, homeowner’s, and commercial cases throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania based upon negligence, product liability and construction defect legal theories.

Mr. Damiano has been admitted to practice since 1987 before all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Damiano is a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy, and a Graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Mr. Damiano is an active member of the Chester County Bar Association where he is a Civil Settlement Panelist and a member of the Fee Dispute Committee, the Civil Litigation Section, and the Honorable John Stively Inn of Court achieving the designation of “Master.” He presently chairs the East Brandywine Township Zoning Hearing Board and is on the Legislative Affairs Committee of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Damiano is a Beneficial Member of the Saint Anthony's Lodge in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
Anthony Damiano has successfully represented persons and companies in complex civil matters from initial pre-trial preparation through appeal. He has tried civil cases in Montgomery, Delaware, Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Northampton, Monroe, Berks, York, and Lehigh Counties a well as in the Federal District Court. He has argued appellate issues before the Superior and Commonwealth Courts. These civil cases have involved negligence and product liability lawsuits, uninsured/underinsured motorist arbitrations, and declaratory judgment actions to determine the rights and responsibilities between insurers and their insureds.
